Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We make every effort to accurately describe the products we sell and to inspect them before packing. If for any reason you want to return an item due to wrong size, wrong color or you simply changed your mind, please follow the return process instructions.

You will have 30 days after your order has been delivered to request a return. You will be refunded the cost of the items returned, less the return shipping cost, which will go back on your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Product are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

  • They are returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • They have not been worn, laundered, altered or used in any way.
  • They arrive back in new condition with original tags, labels and packaging.
  • They were not damaged or broken in transit.
  • They were not an on-demand item, which was custom made for you.

To initiate a return, please email stores@sparkbrandedsolutions.com with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s). 

Refunds

After we have inspected your return to ensure it meets the requirements, your refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you have not received your refund in this time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider. Some providers take additional time for your refund to post.

If you've confirmed that the refund has not been received after 14 business days, please contact us at stores@sparkbrandedsolutions.com so we can investigate.

Items Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging and shipping your merchandise. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at stores@sparkbrandedsolutions.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and/or product. Please do not use the items until the carrier can inspect the shipment and a claim can be submitted. Once we have the information that we need, our team will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return following the process above and place a new order for the desired product(s).
